Released in 2016, a year after the popular new Solaris 50 was launched – the Solaris 47 carries all of the key features of her bigger sisters. She takes the hull profile already tried, tested and well proven on the Solaris 50 and 58. As with the rest of the fleet, she is built using the exclusive Solaris method, which create a strong and monolithic hull. The weight distribution and the volume of the hull gives a high performance hull shape even in adverse sea conditions allowing you to maintain more sail area even in stronger winds.
Internally, she has the same layout as the Solaris 40 and 44 with 3 cabins and 2 heads. The owner’s cabin is forward with centreline double and en-suite heads and shower. The saloon has an outboard facing chart table to port and L shaped galley to starboard, aft of the chart table is the day heads. As with her sisters, there is of course a choice of internal finishes, a variety of different woods and soft furnishings to suit your style.
On deck, the philosophy of Solaris design continues where the features and innovations create a high performance yacht that can be easily sailed with even a small crew. The jib is on a recessed self-tacker and all lines are led back to the cockpit under the deck so trip hazards are kept to an absolute minimum. In the cockpit, which runs the full beam of the yacht, there are just 2 winches at the helm positions so you can control all lines with ease.
