Tofinou 12m Daysailer, STUART LITTLE is lovely performance daysailer built in France, definitely what the USA buyer will call a sporty boat! Cleverly designed so that all the sail control is led back to the helm/cockpit, and more of a minimalized interior for weight savings. This owner was looking for a fun boat to use in the Newport area that combined style with function, and found it in the Tofinou 12M. He has added the new electronics, sails, and done rebuilds on the engine, bow thruster and sail drive, so all is up to date and ready to go. New Stratis Carbon sails don’t hurt either!

STUART LITTLE was lying in Mallorca, Spain when I purchased her. Her original German owner really didn’t use the boat that much and she needed some updating literally from being unused.

The boat has turned out to be as fun and easy to sail as I thought. She does not take much air to move right along and it also sails well with the main alone.

The cockpit is really good for a group as there is space to move around and also feels very secure and comfortable as you are in it, not on it. The stack pack worked out very well after some adjustment. When you are through sailing, just drop the main straight in, tighten it up, and pull the zipper. No real flaking necessary. The bow thruster gives a lot of control docking and undocking.

After getting the boat all set up and updated, it turns out that our personal health situation has changed which obviously was not the plan.
